About Coffeepro

We are specialist coffee suppliers to Catering and Business customers and have traded since 1996. Our experience also encompasses 12 years working for the largest blue chip coffee roasters. We work with restaurants, café bars, hotels and others to improve barista skills and to maintain coffee machines so ensuring best standards of coffee service. We also work with bespoke roasters to create coffee blends that taste great and perform really well in a commercial environment.
Director Bernard Shields has worked in the coffee industry since joining Nestle in 1984 and later worked for Kraft Jacob Suchard until 1996. He launched a specialist beverage company that year and has developed Coffeepro from the original wholesale business. His passion has always been about supplying highest quality coffee and delivering great service with the friendliness only small family business can provide.

Our Barista Will Corby was trained by World Barista Champions James Hoffman and Steven Morrisey and also attended The London School of Coffee to attain certification. Will competed in his first UKBC Barista Championships in 2007 and achieved 22nd place out of 100 competitors. He was also trained by World Cupping Champion Annette Moldvaer and in September 2008 attends his first Brewmaster course. With all this experience and knowledge Will is able to specify and select great coffees...the proof of which is in the tasting!
